You are to watch a selection of interviews, observing the techniques used and their implementation. You are to then complete the form below for each example.

Passive, polite and respectful. Not invasive or controlling. Relaxed. This gave Ali G permission to continue with this loud persona as he received no change or negativity in Parkinson’s reactions.

What was the impact on the interviewee?

Gave direction to the conversation.

Crossed arms (closed off), reserved, allowing interviewee to take lead. Uninvasive.

Confident, open, range of facial expressions and sexual gestures
